Chef Bertosi has had experience in Italian Cuisine for over 25 years. His awards include winning first place as the best pizza chef of New York according to the New York Post. As an executive chef, Bertosi has opened many restaurants in several cities in the United States . When he came to Austin as an executive consultant to open the restaurant “Numero 28”, he was enchanted by the city and then decided to settle permanently here. We are thrilled to partner with Chef Bertosi and improve our menu while we continue to offer the Natural, Organic, Gluten-free and Vegan pizza options in Austin."
